Refund Policy

Effective 1 September 2026 · applies to learnthai.app, app.learnthai.app and hebrew.learnthai.app

This is section 4 of the Terms of Service, on its own page because it is the part people most need to find. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every purchase, so it processes refunds; what follows is what we promise, and we are more generous than Paddle’s own baseline.

Refunds: 30 days on your first payment. If the app isn't for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and you get it back in full — whatever the reason, and however much you used it in the meantime. Write to privacy@learnthai.app, or ask Paddle directly, and the money goes back to the card it came from.

After that, the plan is paid month by month, so what stops a charge is cancelling before it happens rather than a refund undoing it afterwards: a month you have already played is not refundable on request. A renewal you plainly did not mean to make is different — you cancelled and were charged anyway, or you were charged twice — and we refund those, because they were never what you were buying.

None of this replaces the consumer rights where you live; it sits on top of them. In Israel in particular, the Consumer Protection Law gives you 14 days to cancel a distance purchase of a service, and that right stands whatever this page says.

Cancelling instead

Cancel whenever you like. The plan keeps working to the end of the month you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Cancelling is not deleting your account — your progress stays exactly where it is and the free allowance takes over.

The full terms, including what each plan costs and how renewals work, are in section 4 of the Terms of Service.
